🎟️ Ticket Types – Choose the Right One for You

🎫 Each attendee (alumni or guest) must register individually using their own ticket. Please note that each ticket allows only one email login, so be sure to select the correct ticket type when registering.

🧑‍🎓 CEIBS Alumni – Standard Alumni Rate $458; Early Bird $358 until May 15

Exclusively for verified CEIBS alumni.
This ticket gives you full access to the main event and optional activities.
🔒 Alumni status will be verified during registration.

🧑‍🎓 Alumni 2nd Generation (Age 22+) – Standard Alumni Rate $458; Early Bird $358 until May 15

Exclusively for verified CEIBS alumni. 
This ticket gives you full access to the main event and optional activities.
🔒 Alumni ID / 1st generation reference required for verification.

🎟️ CEIBS Alumni Package (incl. 1 Family Dinner Guest Age 22+) – Standard Rate $698 
This package includes full programme access for one CEIBS alumnus/a, plus gala dinner access for one accompanying family member (age 22+). 

👥 Non-CEIBS Alumni Ticket – Standard Rate $698 
Limited guest tickets are available for partners, friends, or professionals interested in CEIBS and the alumni community.
This ticket includes access to the full-day forum programme and the evening gala celebration.

Along with your ticket, you may also secure your spot for the following optional activities:

Friday, October 9, 2026 (Optional) | Informal Welcome Reception & Networking
Sunday, October 11, 2026 (Optional) | Relax & Connect Leisure Activities

Additional costs may apply for the Sunday leisure activities and will be fully self-funded by participants.

📝 Commitment to Attend

Once registered, commitment to attend is required.

👉 Main Event (Sat): No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
👉 Optional Activities (Fri and Sun): Unexcused absences will incur a $100 contribution toward incurred expenses.
